1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, www.edendermatology.co.uk. By using our website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.
If you register with our website, you will be asked to expressly agree to these Terms.
2. Licence to Use Website
Unless otherwise stated, Eden Dermatology (or our licensors) owns the intellectual property rights in this website and its content. All rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching, and print content for personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
You must not:
- Republish content from this website (including on another site); 
- Sell, rent, or sub-license website material; 
- Show content in public; 
- Copy or exploit content for commercial use; 
- Edit or modify content; 
- Redistribute content unless expressly permitted (e.g. newsletters with written consent); 
- Use automated data tools (robots, scraping, mining). 
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website in any way that:
- Causes damage, impairment, or overload;

- Infringing on IP rights, privacy, confidentiality, or data protection; 
- Malicious (e.g. containing viruses, spam, chain letters); 
- Causing nuisance, distress, or harassment. 
We reserve the right (but are not obliged) to monitor, edit, or remove User Content.
6. Warranties
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of website content. We may update or remove content without notice.
All warranties implied by law (e.g. satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
7. Limitations of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence; 
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 
- Anything unlawful to exclude. 
Subject to this, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses; 
- Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or contracts; 
- Third-party links, viruses, or failures beyond our control. 
Our maximum liability in relation to any event is £100.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Eden Dermatology against losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
9. Breach of Terms
If you breach these Terms, we may:
- Warn you; 
- Suspend or terminate access; 
- Block your IP; 
- Contact your ISP; 
- Take legal action; 
- Delete your account or content. 
10. Third-Party Websites
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site. Linking is at your own risk.
You may link to our homepage provided it is fair, legal, and does not harm our reputation. Deep linking, framing, or unauthorised trademark use is prohibited.
We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
11. Trademarks
Eden Dermatology trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Competitions
Promotions or competitions will have separate terms.
13. Variation
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply upon publication.
14. Assignment
We may transfer our rights under these Terms without notice. You may not do so without our written consent.
15. Severability
If part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
16. Third-Party Rights
These Terms are between you and Eden Dermatology only.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, along with our Terms of Sale, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Eden Dermatology – Terms of Sale (Consumers)
1. Who We Are
Eden Dermatology is a business registered in Germany with its principal office at:

For trading in the United Kingdom, Eden Dermatology operates through its representative office at:
83 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 3JQ, England, UK.
Our appointed UK representative agent for regulatory matters is:
Goldschmidt Distribution, PO BOX 8294 Belfast, BT1 1AA, Northern Ireland, acting solely for compliance purposes.

2. Your Account
- You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract. 
- You are responsible for your account details. 
- We may refuse service or cancel accounts at our discretion. 
3. Our Products
- Products include skincare items, including Eden Dermatology-branded products. 
- Important usage notice: Some products contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and other active ingredients which may increase skin sensitivity. Follow usage instructions carefully and avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. 
- By purchasing professional-use products (including but not limited to those containing AHAs), you confirm that you are fully qualified, trained, and competent to apply and use them safely. 
- You accept that Eden Dermatology is not responsible for any adverse effects, damage, or injury arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use by unqualified persons. 
- Each product’s ingredient list is available on the product carton and product pages. 
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; packaging may differ. 
4. Prices & Payment
- Prices are in GBP (£), VAT included where applicable. 
- Errors may occur; if the correct price is higher, we will contact you before dispatch. 
- Payment accepted via debit/credit card, PayPal, or Stripe. 
- Orders are dispatched after cleared payment. 
5. Ordering & Contract
Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject orders (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing errors).
6. Delivery
- Options and costs shown at checkout. Orders may ship in multiple parcels. 
- We aim to deliver within stated timeframes but are not liable for delays beyond our control. 
- If delivery fails and is returned, we may charge re-delivery or refund product price (excluding delivery). 
- International buyers are responsible for customs duties, restrictions, and compliance. If refused or destroyed at customs, no refund will be due. 
7. Risk & Ownership
Risk passes at delivery. Title passes when full payment is received.
8. Your Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a cancellation or change-of-mind return, you must complete our Returns Form within 14 days of delivery. 
- Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging and cello bags. Any broken seals or opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. 
- Before a return can be accepted, you must provide clear photos of the items in their original condition when submitting your form. 
- Once approved, you must return goods within 14 days. Refunds include the product price and the cost of standard delivery. 
- We provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label for your convenience. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund, as per our Terms and Conditions. You must print and attach this label to your parcel and retain a proof of postage receipt. 
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely and adequately packaged. Any damage caused during return transit due to insufficient packaging may be deducted from the refund. 
9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by completing the relevant form:
- Damaged/Leaking Item Form – for products that arrive damaged, leaking, or faulty. 
- Missing Item Form – for missing items or where you have received the wrong item. 
When submitting your claim, you must include:
- Your order number; 
- Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and packing slip; 
- Information on whether the outer packaging was damaged or wet on delivery; 
- Whether the courier was notified of the issue. 
For security and quality control, all items are scanned at our packing station and monitored via CCTV. This enables us to review each order fairly and accurately.
Once your claim is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or another suitable remedy.
If a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from any refund, and you must retain proof of postage.
10. Denial of Receipt (DOR) Claims
- If your tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery office, as parcels are sometimes left in safe locations nearby. - If the order still cannot be located, you must complete our Denial of Receipt (DOR) Form within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier. - Please note: - Couriers often provide GPS delivery coordinates and, in many cases, delivery photos. We use this information to verify delivery locations and to prevent fraudulent claims. 
- A DOR claim cannot be accepted without this completed form. 
 
11. Gift Cards
- Valid for 12 months, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash. 
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. 
12. Promotions & Samples
- One discount code per order, unless stated otherwise. 
- Samples are provided for personal use only, not resale. 
13. Communications
We will communicate electronically (email or website notices).
14. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We are not liable for:
- Business losses (our products are for personal use); 
- Delays caused by events outside our control. 
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs delays, epidemics, IT failures).
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
